Exercise in the 1950's

I recently had a student forward me a video clip featuring dancing in the 1950's. One has to wonder with all the gyms around these days if the masses where to start dancing like they did in the good old days if most of these gyms would still be in existence.

Learning to dance is a great way to get out and about but also a good way to meet new people with the benefits of getting some exercise. Did you know that one dance class can have movements of up to 2,400. And that a one hour class will burn up to 1,600 kilojoules.
