Yes, it is that time again to begin your festive season with lots of celebration, wrapping up and reflection. This year has been yet another full and fast paced year with life and technology continually challenging us all to move along, move forward and remain enthusiastic.

Many thanks to all our dancers who have continued to support our dance school, socials, events and the clubs/bands/entertainers that support our dance school! We hope your love, commitment and dedication to learn to dance well, will continue to fuel your passion for dance and desire to just dance everywhere, all the time.

Wishing you, your family and friends a lovely, peaceful and restful Christmas, festive season and prosperous New Year!

 We could not write our Christmas Message this year without offering our love and condolences to all our students who are missing loved ones. Just hold onto those beautiful memories, although they are not with us, they are still within us!

Many of our students have also experienced very trying times, hardships, illness and more. We will continue to keep you in our thoughts, pray for you and your families and wish you good health and happiness always.

Our dance school has seen the addition of lil’ moovers n groovers! Congratulations to Sam and Gavin, Matt and Edyta, Dannielle and Joakim, James and Tracey. Welcome to the wonderful world of dance little ones, I’m sure we will be seeing you on the dance floor soon.

May this Christmas be merry, full of cheer and celebrations, making way for a fresh and magical New Year.

Let 2016 arrive with positive thoughts, the belief that ‘anything is possible’ and of course with the desire, willingness and motivation to learn and love dance.

Let it be a year of joy, peace, forgiveness and love for you, your family and your friends with an added touch of magic.

Let it be the year you love yourself more and you use your strengths to move forward and overcome obstacles or let it be the time that you acknowledge your weaknesses/shortcomings and seek help, a new direction or work on improving you!

2016 will bring another full year of partner dancing. We hope you will all meet us on the dance floor to learn to dance, love to dance and to live dance! Our dance classes resume from Monday, 1st February 2016 at Penrith RSL, Tuesday, 2nd February 2016 at Rydalmere Bowling Club and Thursday, 4th February 2016 at Castle Hill Bowling Club. Our first 'Rock Step Friday' night social and get together commences with a Vintage and Retro Theme Night at Rydalmere Bowling Club on Friday, 5th February 2016, with a gold coin entry. 

Rock ‘n’ Roll and Swing partner dancing is remarkable and is truly precious. You meet fabulous people that instantly share a common interest – dance. From past experiences, with dance as your base you will soon learn that many other common interests exist like nostalgic cars, fashion, festivals, travel, cruises, going out, socialising and more.

Please take care, stay safe and be alert on the roads this festive season. The double demerit point system provides an incentive for drivers to improve their driving behaviour, obey road rules and comply with NSW traffic laws:

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
24 December 2015 to 3 January 2016
Australia Day
22 January to 26 January 2016

The double demerit point scheme applies for the following types of offences:

• Speeding
• Illegal use of mobile phones
• Not wearing a seatbelt
• Riding without a helmet

The Let’s Moove N Groove office will be closed from Sunday, 13th December 2015 and will re-open officially from Monday, 1st February 2016. During our office closure, we will have limited access to phone and emails but will do our best to respond to any enquiries, online purchases and bookings as soon as possible. We will also do our best to stay in touch and keep our dancers up to date with what’s coming up.
